ESTIMATES AND BOOKING

I aim to give quotes as accurate as possible, however, please note that your invoiced amount may vary slightly eg if postage costs have varied - but I will make sure you know beforehand so you don't go over budget. Acceptance of all work is subject to written confirmation and acceptance on both sides, within stated published terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

All work will be invoiced upon completion and credit terms are strictly 14 days.  Payment is accepted by cheque (payable to L. Baudet), cash or internet transfer (please contact me for details regarding this method of payment).

SUNDRY EXPENSES

All expenses such as postage, packing etc.. incurred by ourselves, as agreed, will usually be recharged to you on your Invoice upon completion of work.  All work will be sent to you by Royal Mail recorded delivery and we advise clients to send work to us by this method, as we can't be held responsible for missing or damaged postal items.  Where work can be emailed, we will do this to avoid you incurring additional costs.

GUARANTEE

I will endeavour at all times to carry out your work efficiently and effectively within agreed timescales.  You will be notified immediately should I encounter any unforseen circumstances which affect service delivery.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All of my work is treated as confidential in nature ; your work will be kept on file for 3 months after completion and then erased - please let me know if you do not wish for this to happen and require your work to be stored for longer.

DISCLAIMER

Although every effort is made to provide you with accurate work, particularly with regards to typed items, which follow your instructions and meet your specified needs, ultimately the responsibility for the accuracy and presentation of the finished work remains with yourself.
